My mission: "To create something special that moves people in a way that effectively changes them. I aim to inspire, motivate, educate and elevate every single one of my clients, students and readers. Above all, this is my passion and my ultimate goal."
Kerys Nathan has worked as a director, choreographer, vocal coach and mentor in the Entertainment industry for almost 30 years. Kerys is also a producer, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and author of motivational books 'Conscious Living,' 'Phenomenal Woman,' ‘Phenomenal Man,’ and novels to be published in the next year, ‘Raising Expectation,’ and ‘Where the Wind Blows.’
Originally a singer and dancer herself, she moved behind the scenes in TV, music video and concert as a Director at only 24 years old, becoming one of the first black female directors in live Television and the first black female to co-create and direct and co-choreograph a show that transferred to the West end. (Thriller Live 2009). Kerys is also a performance coach and creative consultant for artists and companies across the entertainment, music and publishing industry.
Kerys is best known for her projects THRILLER LIVE and her work with Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, MTV and her youth training project Fuzion X and most recent (2022) Create Space - an educational and motivational platform for creative youngsters. Her next big concert show will be Phenomenal Woman and is currently preparing for pre-production.

Kerys is also the founder and CEO of PWM International. Phenomenal Woman Mission is a company that works to inspire, motivate and educate women to live a life that serves and become their greater selves. PWM International includes PWM Sport Active, a sports wear and swimwear line, a magazine, charity partnerships, empowering events and soon to come, Kerys's brand new concert production Phenomenal Woman.
Latest Projects:
2023 will see Kerys continue her Artist, entertainment and media consulting work continue. Alongside running her online creative training school and her sports wear line PWM Sport Active, she will also be touring Spain with a series of Entertainment Masterclasses. 2023 will also see her publish her first novel “Where the Wind Blows,” - The Adventures of Kiki Blondel, set in North Africa, whilst writing a film script.
Kerys is also currently preparing her next big concert production, ‘Phenomenal Woman’ and producing a Charity Concert planned to play this August back in her home town of London in the U.K.
